Start a request by emailing nghiadt2702@gmail.com.

1. Request deletion or disconnection

DADTrack is a private, invite-only B2B workspace. An authorized user can request deletion of their account information, and a workspace owner can request deletion or disconnection of workspace data within the scope they control.

Fastest path: Email nghiadt2702@gmail.com from the work email associated with the DADTrack account whenever possible.

2. What to include

  1. Write “DADTrack data deletion request” in the subject line.
  2. Identify the DADTrack account email and workspace name.
  3. State whether you want account deletion, workspace data deletion, platform disconnection, or a combination.
  4. Identify the connected platform or MMP if the request concerns a specific integration.
  5. Tell us how we can verify that you are the account holder or an authorized workspace representative.

3. Verification and handling

We may verify the requester’s identity or workspace authority before deleting data or disconnecting an integration. This protects other workspace members and prevents an unauthorized person from removing operational records.

After verification, we will review the requested scope and take the applicable action. If a request cannot be completed in full, we will explain the reason and identify the records or systems affected.

4. Platform revocation

To stop future API access, the workspace owner should also revoke the DADTrack connection from the relevant Meta, Google, TikTok, AppsFlyer, or other platform account. DADTrack can stop using a connection, but a platform may require its own revocation or deletion process for data held on that platform.

5. Records that may remain

Some limited information may need to remain for security, fraud prevention, audit, dispute resolution, backup integrity, or legal obligations. If information is retained for one of these reasons, it will be limited to the necessary scope and handled according to the Privacy Policy.

Disconnecting an integration does not necessarily remove historical reporting records that a workspace has already stored for its own operations.

6. Account closure

If you are leaving a workspace, ask the workspace owner or administrator to remove your access. If the entire workspace should be closed, the workspace owner should make that request and confirm that the organization has retained any records it needs.

7. Contact

For deletion, access, or privacy questions, contact nghiadt2702@gmail.com. Do not email passwords, API keys, access tokens, or other secrets.
